These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adwumapa ondemand services governing your use of the
Adwumapa’s websites and mobile application (the “Apps” ).The use of all personal data you submit to the Adwumapa Platform or which we
collect about you is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Adwumapa Platform you do accept that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
Your consent at registration and continued use of the Adwumapa Platform constitutes you accepting of and agreement to all of our Terms and conditions.
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must deactivate your account, and immediately stop using the Adwumapa platform.

A few highlights of these Terms of Service include.
-You must be the at the legally required age in Ghana and capable of entering into binding contracts,
in order to use or access Adwumapa platform. -You do accept and agree that service providers are independent contractors of Clients and not employees nor contractors of Adwumapa ondemand service. -You do accept and agree that Adwumapa on demand services does not supervise, direct, control, and monitor a service performed. -You do accept and agree that requesters are solely responsible for determining if the service provider they hire is qualified to perform the services. -Your do accept and agree that Adwumapa do not provide any warranty and has no liability regarding User action on the Adwumapa Platform or the performance of services.

1. Adwumapa Platform Connects Requesters and Service Providers:  Adumapa Platform is an online and app based which connects Requesters and Service Providers.& Requesters are individuals or companies looking to obtain short/long term services. Service Providers are the artisans or professionals seeking to perform a service for Requesters.& Adwumapa is not responsible for the performance or communications of Users, nor does it have control over the quality, timing and legality,

2. Service Provider Police Report:  Service providers may be subject to verification process before they can register for and during their use of the Adwumapa platform , & which may include but not limited to identity verification and criminal background checks using the appropriate government agencies .

3. Use of Adwumapa Platform:  Adwumapa platform may contain profiles, emails system, messages, reviews, that allow Users to communicate with other users.You may only use such services on our platform to communicate or send message which are specific to the jobs to be perform.

4. Deactivation and Suspension:  Adwumapa may suspend your right to use the Adwumapa Platform pending its investigation of a potential breach by you of this Agreement.Adwumapa may deactivate your account or limit your use of the Adwumapa Platform upon its determination that you breached a provision of this Agreement.If Adwumapa suspends or deactivate your accounts , you are not allowed to re-register or createa new account under your name or a new business name or any third partes name.Adwumapa reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any portion of the Adwumapa Platform at its sole discretion.Adwumapa has the right to restrict anyone from completing registration as a Service Provider if the person threatens the safety and integrity of Adwumapa Platform.

5. Adwumapa Platform Registeration:  You need to register and create an accounts in other to use Adwumapa Platform.You are responsible for & for keeping any log-in , password and any other information provided to you by Adwumapa confidential.& You are solely accountable for all activities that goes on under your account if even not authorized by you.& You testify that all information provided to Adwumapa is true and accurate.

6. Adwumapa as an online Marketplace:  Adwumapa is an online market place that connects Service Requesters with a Service Providers.Service Providers are not been employed by Adwumapa nor do Adwumapa provide hire them to do such services.Service Providers are independent contractors who uses the platform as a market place to connect with Requesters.Adwumapa do not control the Service Providers performance of their work or set their work locations ,hours or terms of work.Service Providers provide services under their own name or business name, and not under Adwumapas name,Adwumapa do not provide tools or suppliers to the Service Providers,Service Providers set their own prices for a given services.Service Providers acknowledge and confirm that they are responsible for exercising their own business judgment in entering into Service Agreements and performing a service and depending on how they exercise such business judgment, there is a chance for individual profit or loss.

7. Intellectual Property Rights:  All graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, photographs, music, sounds, images, software,videos and other content, including Adwumapa designs, trademarks, and logos that Users see or read through the Adwumapa Platform is owned by Adwumapa.

8. Licensing:  Service Providers alone are responsible for identifying and obtaining any required licenses, permits, or registrations before offering services and undertaking Tasks. Since Adwumapa does not supervise, scope, direct, control, or monitor a Providers work or performance of Tasks, Clients must determine for themselves whether a Tasker has the skills and qualifications necessary to perform the specific service at hand.

9. Payment:  Adwumapa will not be part of any contract between the Provider and the Requesters.The requester not Adwumapa is reponsible for all services through the Adwumapa Bank Account Payment made through the Platform. Requesters may also be charged credit/Debit card processing fees equal to 3%.

10. Refund Policy:  The Requester will be notified after the service provider completes the service, the Requester has within a week to raise any concerns rereguarding the completed service, if no concerns are raised within a week, then the job is considered completed and closed and there wouldnt be any refund in case the Requester comes back after that specified period.
